Apartament Zdrojowy 323 comes with a dedicated private space in the hotel's 24/7 monitored underground garage - included in the rate year-round.

Worth knowing

• Underground garage beneath the hotel - direct access from the ground floor, no walking outside in the rain
• 24/7 video monitoring
• EV charging station on site
• Entrance height: 2.2 m (passenger cars; roof boxes may require outdoor parking)
• Maximum speed inside the garage: 5 km/h
• Guests vacate the parking by 11:00 on the day of departure (later departure means an additional parking day is charged)

For additional cars

Each stay at Apartament 323 includes one assigned parking space. If you arrive with a second car:

• The number of spaces in the hotel garage is limited
• Availability and price of an additional space depend on the season and current hotel occupancy
• Decision and current pricing are at the reception's discretion - please ask at booking or directly before arrival
• If a second garage space cannot be arranged, the nearest external options are the municipal car park on Sychty street and the seasonal car park on Bałtycka street in Jastarnia

Stays with pets

Hotel Dom Zdrojowy welcomes guests with pets subject to prior notification at booking. Apartament Zdrojowy 323 follows the same conditions as the rest of the hotel - the rules and fees are set by the property operator, we simply pass them on respectfully.

Worth knowing

• Pet stays require prior notification at booking and written confirmation from the hotel
• The current pet stay tariff is at the hotel's discretion - communicated in the individual quote alongside the apartment
• An up-to-date health book with vaccinations and deworming is required
• On hotel grounds, dogs must be on a leash and muzzled, under an adult's supervision
• Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, SPA zone, kids' room or recreation area (exception: guide dogs)
• A dedicated pet bed is required
• The hotel may decline breeds considered dangerous (incl. Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Amstaff, Bulldog)

Liability and additional charges

These points come up rarely, but it's worth knowing them before arrival:

• Owner cleans up after the pet on hotel grounds and surroundings
• Bedding soiled or damaged by a pet - replacement at the price set by the hotel
• Owner bears full responsibility for damage to hotel property or to other guests
• Failure to follow the regulations results in a 500 PLN penalty

"Czwarte Piętro" Restaurant

The restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel is open daily for guests of Apartament Zdrojowy 323 and other hotel guests. Seasonal menu, local flavours, sea view from the dining room windows.

Stay at Apartament 323

Apartament 323 is a studio without a kitchenette - the "Czwarte Piętro" restaurant and Jastarnia's local eateries are the planned alternative. In practice this looks like:

• Breakfast package as an option at apartment booking - surcharge per the hotel's current tariff
• Lunch and dinner à la carte - no need to commit to a full-board package
• Children up to 3 years - complimentary breakfast when accompanied by a guardian
• Questions about the current menu or table reservation - directly through the hotel reception

Wellness & SPA zone

Hotel Dom Zdrojowy has an extensive wellness zone within the building - a pool with panoramic glazing onto the pine forest, sauna complex, gym and relaxation zone. Apartament Zdrojowy 323 has full access at no additional charge for the infrastructure.

• Children's paddling pool - warm water, gentle depth
• Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared cabin - Mon-Fri 16:00-21:00, Sat-Sun 9:00-21:00

SPA zone (paid extra)

Within the same wing of the property is the SPA studio with services charged separately - bookable through the hotel reception:

The hotel building includes a kids' room and a cinema room for children - no extra charge for guests of Apartament Zdrojowy 323. In summer there are seasonal animations and an outdoor playground visible from the apartment balcony.

Apartament 323 is designed as a family studio (up to 4 with children). For stays with a child it's worth remembering:

• Children up to 3 years - free of charge
• Children 4-12 years - individual surcharge in the quote (usually within the rollaway-bed cost range)

Hotel beach

Hotel Dom Zdrojowy has its own direct access to the beach - 50 metres from the building exit, through the hotel garden. White fine sand, characteristic of the western side of the Hel Peninsula.

• The beach is public, but the access is private and guarded in high season
• Seasonal beach service: sun loungers, parasols, lifeguard (July-August, organised by the hotel)

Seasonality

The beach is accessible year-round, but service and crowds change significantly with the season:

• July-August: full service (lifeguard + loungers + parasols), busiest time
• May-June + September: quiet, the beach is practically yours, water still or already cool
• October-April: winter walks, empty beach, frosty sunrises from the balcony
• Beach safety: lifeguard flags apply in season - red = no swimming

Extra services and stay support

Most operational requests (transfer, additional laundry, room service, changes to check-in/check-out times) are handled directly by the Hotel Dom Zdrojowy reception. Apartament Zdrojowy 323 uses the same hotel infrastructure as standard rooms - the difference is that the booking goes through our form.

• Reschedule - usually possible once, within 12 months, on similar pricing terms

• Lift serves all levels (floors +1 to +4 and the underground garage)
• Apartament 323 has standard door widths - without specific bathroom modifications

• Beach - access through the garden, gentle slope; in high season the hotel can provide wheelchair-wheel covers for the sand (to be confirmed at reception)

What to pack and remember

• Climate: western side of the Hel Peninsula, Baltic-typical gusty winds and sudden weather changes in season - layered clothing, light raincoat even in summer
• Beach: a beach towel is provided by the hotel; bring your own swimwear, flip-flops, sunscreen, sunglasses
• Sockets: standard Polish type E (230 V, 50 Hz) - guests from the US/UK should bring an adapter
• Climate fee: 3.30 PLN / person / night, charged automatically (no separate climate card needed)
• Small PLN cash is useful for local fried-fish stalls by the pier and municipal parking in other peninsula towns
• Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the hotel is free and fast enough for remote work and video calls
