Apartament Zdrojowy 323 is part of the 4-star Hotel Dom Zdrojowy Resort & SPA. Bookings go through the apartment service team directly, while the full infrastructure - pool, spa, restaurant, 24/7 reception - is shared with the hotel.

• The apartment has operated in its current format since 2022 - Hotel Dom Zdrojowy Resort & SPA itself opened in 2005. Direct booking suits guests who value clarity of planning - one page, one mailbox, one team from first contact to check-out.
• The reason we run the apartment outside third-party booking channels is the 15–18 per cent commission that an intermediary would charge on every night. We split that difference with the guest - it is reflected directly in our nightly rate compared to Booking or Airbnb.
• Hotel Dom Zdrojowy is our operational partner. The hotel's reception handles arrivals, departures and on-site support. The apartment service team looks after pre-stay communication, booking policy and the content of this website.

The Apartament Zdrojowy 323 team runs a small operation - no call centre, no automated surveys, no first-line bots. Every email comes back from a person, not a queue.

• Bookings and email enquiries - replies within a few hours on business days. We communicate in Polish, English and German; Arabic-speaking guests are served in English. On weekends we usually reply before dusk.
• Check-in and on-site support - handled by the Hotel Dom Zdrojowy reception, available 24/7. The apartment service team is the right contact for booking and invoicing matters; local questions are resolved faster at reception.
• Housekeeping and service standard - four-star hotel procedure. Bed linen and towels supplied under the hotel contract and changed on every arrival. The mini-bar is restocked by the hotel.
• The content of this website - edited by the apartment service team. Facts about the apartment and the hotel's infrastructure are confirmed with the operator; transport data is refreshed once a year after 1 March. Full editorial policy on the transparency page.

Guest feedback and the team's own observations translate into concrete improvements. Below are the changes from the last two seasons and the directions planned for the next one.

• Season 2025 - expanded the guide content (Chałupy, Kuźnica, Jurata) based on the questions guests asked before arrival. Added sections on public transport and beaches within walking distance.
• Season 2026 - full multilingual support (PL / EN / DE / AR), a transparent editorial policy, attribution of hotel reviews and team notes across 14 guide subpages.
• Planned for 2026 / 2027 - expanded information for guests travelling with children (attractions, beaches, distances), a video tour of the apartment and the surrounding area, and a real-time availability calendar.
