A short introduction to the editorial section we're opening alongside the Hel Peninsula Data Study - why it exists and what to expect here.
Welcome. This is the first entry on the Apartament Zdrojowy 323 blog - a short note about what we're preparing. The first three full pieces arrive on July 15, 2026, alongside a multi-year wind report from the Hel Peninsula based on observations spanning more than a decade.
What we'll write about
Three content pillars under one editorial header - no marketing tone, no sponsored insertions, no hidden price comparisons.
- Hel Peninsula data. Our own measurements, IMGW reanalysis, computed indices (WDI, SCI, VFW). Everything published under CC BY 4.0.
- Hotel operational practice. How a four-star property's team makes upgrade decisions, what occupancy metrics we track, what happens between reservation and check-in.
- Concrete guides. Restaurants, routes, transport rates - verified once a year, dated in the footer, with public change history.
Who writes
Every piece is signed "Apartament Zdrojowy 323 team" - a deliberate choice. We take collective responsibility for the content: three people write, peer-review each other, and consult Hotel Dom Zdrojowy whenever partner operational data is involved.
When we start
First publication: July 15, 2026. From August onwards a steady cadence - one piece per month, always on the third Tuesday.
